Be ready to welcome another creature that will dominate the seas of ARK Survival Evolved game! Tusoteuthis Vampyrus is a big creature like a vampire. A new Dino Dossier of this animal has also been released expressing the basic information. The dossier said that Tusoteuthis can wrestle with an unenthusiastic ichthyosaurus and clawed tentacles.
Let’s see what the game developers think out this creature:
Wild Tusoteuthis vampyrus is a very aggressive water predator. Approximately 30 feet long, Tusoteuthis is the terror of the deep. Once it grabs its prey, it slowly crushes it into submission while using the talons on its tentacles to siphon and drain the victim of blood.
Tusoteuthis is a terrifying opponent for several reasons. Firstly, its grab slowly renders its victim unconscious, so death isn’t the first concern. Secondly, its vampiric blood drain instantly revitalises it even during combat. And finally, if Tusoteuthis is losing a fight, it sprays a cloud of ink into the water around it, blindinf its attacker to cover a sneaky escape.
Tusoteuthis comes from Cretaceous period, and it consists of one species named Tusoteuthis longa that can gnaw other aquatic creatures. However, this is not a sign of being bloodthirsty. Actually, Tusoteuthis is considered as to be related to vampire squid rather than modern big squid.
Vampire squid are very awesome! They can take over a taxonomic spot, around somewhere between a squid and an octopus. There was an author named William Beebe, who illustrated those creatures as a diminutive but dreadful octopus. It was very dark with ivory, white jaws and red eyes. And their name was translated as “vampire squid from hell.”
Wendy Williams notices in her book about the appearance as well as other features of this creature. A vampire living under the water will be more like a wallflower or a violet than a devil from hell. Instead of battling, it can be wrapped up in its own arms thanks to the beleaguered in order to be like tumbleweed in a deep sea.
Besides checking out the abilities of Tusoteuthis in Dino Dossiers, you can also join the competitive multiplayer mode named “Survival of the Fittest” which is coming out to express your skills, discover awesome stuffs, constructs lots of thing on top of brontosaurus or plesiosaur. That will be fun!
